Schuylkill County Detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating a Tremont man wanted on multiple charges and has two active bench warrants.
Donald David Hatter, 46, is described as standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. His last known address is 224 West Main Street, Tremont, PA 17981.
The first bench warrant stems from Hatter’s failure to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse for a status conference on August 13, 2024. In this case, the original charges include:
- Possession of a Controlled and/or Counterfeit Substance (Fentanyl) – Misdemeanor
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misdemeanor
- Disorderly Conduct (Creating Hazard/Offensive Condition) – Misdemeanor 3
The second bench warrant involves Hatter being declared an absconder for violating parole conditions. The original charges in this case include:
- Driving Under the Influence of Drugs – Misdemeanor
- Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misdemeanor
