A Graveside service will held at 10 AM on Friday, December 13, 2024 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
Born in Frackville, PA, Mrs. Tenoschok worked for Charles Rabin Clothing Company for 40 years before retiring. She was a real life Coal Miners daughter, and she was a super fan of baseball. Mrs. Tenoschok’s life revolved around her children and grandchildren and their families, where she was affectionately known as; Ma, Grandma, Gigi and Gumba. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Tenoschok, Sr.
Survivors include: 2 Sons and Daughters in law- Michael Tenoschok, Jr. (Penny Timms Tenoschok) of Kennesaw and Matthew Tenoschok (Carol Williams Tenoschok) of Acworth, 5 Grandchildren- Joe Teonschok (Molly), Kate Frontz (Clay), Matthew Tenoschok (Nikki), Michael Tenoschok III, (Becky), and Elizabeth Tenoschok, 9 Grandchildren- June Frontz, Lawrence Frontz, Gatlin Tenoschok, Isla Frontz, Sloane Teonschok, Evelyn Tenoschok, Peter Tenoschok, and Blaire Tenoschok.
Carmichael Funeral Home in Marietta is in charge of the arrangements.

Mary Elizabeth Fisher Sinkovich of Plao Alto, passed away early in the morning on December 9, 2024, at LVHN Cedar Crest Hospital due to cardiac complications.
She was born on December 30, 1946, to the Late Vernon W. Fisher and the late Mary Pollock Fisher. She was married and preceded in death by her husband Stanley P. Sinkovich Jr. of 55 years.
Mary graduated from PAHS in 1964 and was in distributive education and earned her cosmetologist license. Mary worked hard to support and love her family. She was employed by Argo Mills, later as a Certified Nurse's Aide at Manor Care, and then a childcare worker for Avenues before retiring. She also worked many second jobs including waitressing, the purse department at Boscov’s and styling hair. She also loved to crochet in her spare time and share her creations with those around her; she was a very hard-working and strong little lady.
Mary is survived by her brother Richard W. Fisher and wife Carol Fisher, her half-brother Vernon W. Kleckner husband of the late Ester Kleckner, brother-in-law George P. Sinkovich and wife Ellen Sinkovich, sister-in-law Dolores Russell wife of late Joe Russell, sister-in-law Jeannie Tucci wife of late Lou Tucci, and sister-in-law Joan Sauser wife of John Sauser. Her two sons Michael John Sinkovich and wife Mary Pidgeon Sinkovich of Carbondale, and Wayne Richard Sinkovich and wife Lynn Sinkovich of Palo Alto. Mary is survived by two grandchildren and joys of her life, grandson Craig V. Sinkovich and girlfriend Katerina Kathrein and granddaughter Devon E. Sinkovich of Palo Alto. Mary is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends. She is also survived by her great-grand puppy Cash who looked forward to visiting “Mommom’s House” for treats, even though he was not allowed to sleep over.
A Religious Service will be held at the Robert A Evans Jr Funeral Home in Port Carbon at 11AM on Friday December 13th, 2024, Rev. James Carroll officiating.
Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing on Friday morning from 9-11AM at the Funeral Home.
Interment will be held at the St. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Cemetery in Llewellyn.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mary to the St. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church Building Fund. In Minersville.

Nancy May Wallick, 81 of Perry, Georgia (formerly of Port Carbon, PA) peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
Nancy was born on September 14, 1943, in Reading, PA. She was the daughter of the late Floyd (Bucky) and Marion (Tubby) Krater.
Nancy was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School, class of 1961. After graduation, she worked at the Library of Congress in Washington DC for several years before moving back home to PA. There she started a new career with the Miller Group where she held various positions and retired after 25 years. In retirement, Nancy worked as a lunchroom aide at John S Clark Elementary School in Pottsville where she enjoyed working with the children.
Nancy was a member of St Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Port Carbon, PA. She was very active within the church becoming a Eucharistic Lay Minister, Parish Assistant, Church Council including Vice President, President and also a member of the Chancel Choir. Nancy also had a passion for cooking. She prepared hundreds of dinners/dishes over the years for church functions and fundraisers.
In 2012, Nancy moved to Perry, GA to live by her daughter. There she continued to work with children by working at King's Chapel Elementary School in Perry. Nancy was a very active member of the Christ Lutheran Church of Perry where she continued her passion of cooking and baking. She prepared cakes, pies and other delicious dishes every Friday for over the past 10 years to help support families in need.
She was a Life member of the AMVETS Post #180 Ladies Auxiliary of Pottsville, Life member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 13 Ladies Auxiliary, member of the Order of the Easter Star Chapter #367 of Cressona, PA, and American Legion, Robert E Baker Post #38 of Schuylkill Haven, PA.
She has 4 surviving children, Nicholas Wallick (Josie) of Phoenix, AZ, Nicola Bruno (Thomas) of Warner Robins, GA, Nyle Wallick (Melissa) and Nevin Wallick (Tara) of Pottsville, PA.
Grandchildren, Audrey Wallick (Lazaro) of Phoenix, AZ, Danica Wallick, Chase Wallick, Casen Wallick, and Cullen McCabe all from Pottsville, PA. Brittani Jones (Trent), Trenton Bruno and Trevor Bruno of Warner Robins, GA.
Great Grandchildren Auro Perez-Wallick and Arya Perez-Wallick of Phoenix, AZ, and Graysen Jones, Indi Jones, Callen Jones and baby Jones all from Warner Robins, GA.
Sister Vanessa Mihoda, a niece Amberle Mihoda and a great niece Samantha Mihoda of Port Carbon, PA.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Floyd (Bucky) and Marion (Tubby) Krater, brother Floyd H Krater, Jr, his wife Rosemary and granddaughter Andi Wallick.
Visitation will be at 9 a.m. on 14 December, 2024 at Robert Evan Jr Funeral Home, 208 Pike St. Port Carbon, PA with a Celebration of Life immediately following at 10 a.m. with lay Minister, Lois Sterling, of St. Paul's Lutheran Church officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of her beautiful granddaughter to the College of Manhattan Pep Band or Indiana University School of Medicine "Andi Wallick" Scholarship.

Beverly Ann Boyce, 81, of Owl Creek, Tamaqua passed away suddenly after a brief illness on December 8, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of James Boyce with whom she celebrated 60 years of marriage this past August.
Born in Coaldale, raised in Seek, Beverly was the daughter of the late Joseph and Geraldine (Mock) Laskos. She was a 1960 graduate of Coaldale High School. After graduation, she worked in Washington D.C. for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as an analysist for several years before marrying and returning to Pennsylvania to raise a family.
She is survived by her husband, James; her children, James Jr. of Middleport, John and wife Diane of New Jersey, Brian and wife Jennifer of King of Prussia, and Robert and wife Candice of Tamaqua; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; a brother, John and his wife Denise of Florida; sister-in-law Paulette Laskos and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother Stanley Laskos. Beverly was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who devoted her life to her family.
She was witty with an amazing sense of humor. She enjoyed solving puzzles, staying up late to watch movies, gardening, feeding the birds and watching wildlife. She was a loving pet owner having spent countless hours walking her labrador retrievers through the forest around the reservoir. She loved spending time at the beach and boating at their cabin in upstate New York. An avid traveler, she traveled extensively throughout the world visiting over forty countries, her favorite being Italy. She also loved attending various events for her grandchildren. She was a member of Hope of Christ Presbyterian Church, Summit Hill.
Although Beverly is gone, she will live in our hearts forever.
Services will be held at 2 PM on Monday, December 16, at Zizelmann-Gulla Funeral Home, 500 East Broad Street, Tamaqua with the Rev. Ruth Ann Christopher officiating.
Visitation Monday from 1 to 2 PM at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Hope of Christ Presbyterian Church, 44 West White Street, Summit Hill, PA 18250.
Arrangements are being handled by the Zizelmann-Gulla Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Tamaqua.
Charles L. Schlader, 60, of Ashland passed away Thursday evening December 5th at his residence.
Born in Ashland on July 20, 1964 he was the son of the late Anna Mae (Puceta) and John Schlader.
Chuck attended North Schuylkill High School.
He was of the Catholic faith and attended St. Charles Borromeo Church.
Chuck most recently worked in maintenance for Eagle Rock. Prior to that he worked for many years for Cesari’s Pizza in Ashland and Cesari’s Pizza at Knoebel’s.
He enjoyed cooking, Penn State and watching North Schuylkill Spartans sports teams.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by; sister Roseann Birster; brother Jack Schlader; niece Melissa Karpovich Ramsdale.
He is survived by; sister Mary Karpovich, Watsontown; nephew Owen Corrigan (Jessica), Ashland; niece Kristy Corrigan (Kieran Cray), Girardville; nephew Jason Corrigan (Davina), Frackville; nephew Charlie Karpovich, Watsontown; 6 great nieces & nephews; brother-in-law Rodger Birster.
Services will be private at the family’s request.

Janet R. Ditzler, 86, of Nature's Rd., Pine Grove, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Heritage Mills Personal & Memory Care in Tower City after a long battle with dementia.
Born on February 1, 1938 in Pine Grove, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Arlene Krause Brown.
She was a 1956 graduate of Pine Grove High School and a 1957 graduate of Empire Beauty School.
Janet worked first at Pomeroy's Beauty Salon in Pottsville and later opened her own shop, which she ran for 40 years. She also sold Avon for many years and she loved to do crafts.
She was a member of Salem Hetzel's Lutheran Church, Pine Grove. She also had been a member of TOPS and the former Mary E Moore Chapter 374 Order of Eastern Star.
Preceding her in death were her beloved husband George R. Ditzler; a son, Timothy Ditzler; a brother Richard Brown; and a nephew Kyle Ditzler.
Surviving are her daughter, Belinda and husband Christopher Shade of Pine Grove; 4 grandchildren, Anthony Wiscount IV and his companion Sarah, Amie Wiscount, Bonnie and husband Chad Korrell, Andru and wife Stephanie Ditzler; 2 step grandchildren, Brandon and wife Renee Shade, Amy and husband Derek Dalvet; 6 great grandchildren, Blake Perkins and companion Aliyah, Nathan Bashore, Isabella Korrell, Julia Korrell, Aedyn Ditzler, Carter Ditzler; 3 step great grandchildren, Madisyn Shade, Emerson Dalvet, Easton Dalvet; a brother, Thomas and wife Debra Brown; a daughter-in-law, Linda Ditzler Zeiber; a sister-in-law, Joyce Ginder; nieces and nephews, Amanda and husband Jack Kenneff, Nevin Brown, Taylor Brown, James Ginder, Kenneth and wife Catherine Ditzler, Kirk Ditzler and companion Conner; and many cousins.
