He was born August 28, 1938, in Pottsville a son of the late Arthur D. and Mabel Fischer Kull.
He was a 1956 graduate of Pottsville High School.
After high school Earle served in the U.S. Army.
Prior to retiring he worked for Guers Dairy and the Schuylkill Municipal Authority.
Earle was a member of the United Presbyterian Church and former member of First United Methodist Church, Pottsville, Strausstown AMVETS Post 114; Pulaski Lodge 216F&AM, Pottsville; a life member of American Hose Company, Pottsville, and North End Fire Co., Pine Grove
He was preceded in death by his first wife Carol A. Kull; 3 brothers, Arthur F., Allen R. and William E. Kull.
Surviving are his wife of 33 years, Ellen Jane Kienzle Kull; his children, Earle C. Kull, Jr., and his wife Ginny, Schuylkill Haven; Kimberly A. Pekarik and her husband Christopher, David A. Kull and his wife Cheryl, all of Pottsville; Lynn Adams and her husband John, Schuylkill Haven; 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; a brother, John D. Kull and his wife Jean, Yardley; 2 stepsons, Joseph Dando and his wife Elizabeth, Pottsville; John Dando, Mar Lin; nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held 11AM Monday at the James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 9:30AM until the time of services. Interment with military honors will follow in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions in memory of Earle be made to United Presbyterian Church 214 Mahantongo St., Pottsville, PA 17901 or First United Methodist Church, 330 W. Market St. Pottsville, PA 17901.
