Angela M. Neary, 45, of Ashland passed away Wednesday evening December 4th at Geisinger Medical Center-Danville.Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home Inc. 901 Centre Street Ashland, PA 17921 has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Born in Pottsville on January 4, 1988, she was a daughter of Mark & Lori (Kohr) Weller.
She is also survived by her children: Azuri & Akira, sisters: Markea & Marcea, significant other, Karl Houtz, maternal grandparents: Emma & Larry Kohr, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, & nephews.
Heather was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Orwigsburg.
She was a 2007 graduate of Blue Mountain High School.
She loved to draw, make people laugh, and enjoyed collecting rocks.
Heather had previously worked for Hillside SPCA and as a home health aide.
She is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Kajia, paternal grandparents: Victor & Iris Weller, and maternal great-grandparents: Claude & Elvena Riegel.
Memorial Service will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, December 11th at Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven with Pastor Shawn VanDyke officiating.
Public Visitation will be held from 12 PM on Wednesday, December 11th at the funeral home until the time of service.
Interment will be private.

Judith Ann Hadesty, 85, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, of Tamaqua, died on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, in Coaldale. She was the wife of Richard Hadesty, Sr., with whom she celebrated 58 years of marriage this past May.
Born in Lansford, Judy was a daughter of the late Thomas and Emma (Cunning) Donlin. She was a 1956 graduate of Jim Thorpe Catholic High School and a 1959 graduate of the Philadelphia General School of Nursing. Well known in her community as a career registered nurse, Judy worked in a community health capacity for the Pennsylvania Department of Health for many years and served for 47 years on the Tamaqua Borough Board of Health. She was a member of St. John XXIII Catholic Church, Tamaqua, a former member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, and volunteered with Pennsylvania Safe Kids Coalition in Tamaqua.
Judy is survived by her husband, Richard Hadesty, Sr.; a daughter, Kelly Horvath and her husband Ryan of Palmerton; a son, Richard Hadesty, Jr. of Tamaqua; a grandson, Garrett Horvath; a sister, Nancy Gehres, of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Kroculick and a brother, Thomas Donlin, III. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, December 14, in St. John XXIII Catholic Church, 307 Pine Street, Tamaqua. Call 10-11 AM in the church.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Judy’s name may be made to the Trinity United Church of Christ Endowment Fund, 22 Lafayette Avenue, Tamaqua, PA 18252 or to the Tamaqua Public Library, 30 South Railroad Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252.
Arrangements are being handled by the Zizelmann-Gulla Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Tamaqua.

James B. Mason, Sr., 85, of Minersville, passed away Monday, December 2nd in his home.
He was born in Indiana, Pa. on April 23, 1939, a son of the late Katherine (Bartley) and Charles Mason. He was the husband of Monica Marie (Rebick) Mason. of who would have celebrated 48 years of Marriage January 2. He was a member of United Presbyterian Church of Pottsville. Jim served in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Cascade. He was a Technician at NOKIA and Western Electric. A member of the Frackville Elks, VFW, Masonic Lodge 216, Minersville Lion , Minersville Legion, and the Shriners.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, James B. Mason Jr.
Jim is survived by his wife Monica, three sons William Mason, Michael, husband of Cheryl Mason, and Bruce Mason. A daughter, Colleen, wife of John Gronski He is also survived by a sister, Elizabeth Burdett and a brother, William Mason. Grandchildren, Fallon Gronski, Justin, husband of Adreinne Gronski, Keith Mason, Samantha Mason, Angela, wife of Jeffrey Hart, Christina, Aaron Mason and Nicholas Mason. Great Grandchildren, Charlotte, Easton, Crue, Madelyn, & Lyla.
All are respectfully invited to attend a Visitation Tuesday, Dec. 10 from 9:00 to 11:00 am at the Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home, Minersville.
A Funeral Service will follow at 1100 with Dr. Rev. Dr. Hugh Vrablic officiant. Interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to United Presbyterian Church 214 Mahantongo St,. Pottsville, 17901.

Gary E. Neidlinger, 67, of Woods Creek Dr., Wayne Twp., Schuylkill Haven, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at home.
Born on March 11, 1957 in Pottsville, he was a son of the late Earl Jr. and Shirley L. Zimmerman Neidlinger.
He was a 1975 graduate of Pine Grove Area High School.
Gary worked for Washington Twp. for over 30 years before retiring. He had previously worked at Gold Mills and Summit Station.
Preceding him in death were a son, Jason Michael Neidlinger and a brother, Kevin Neidlinger.
Surviving are his wife of 5 years, Catherine "Cathy" Stanley Neidlinger; a daughter, Tina and husband Richard Niemi of Pine Grove and her mother, Kathy Shadle Neidlinger; six grandchildren, Tyler and wife Melanie Neidlinger, Sarah, Julia, Ethan, Caleb, and Michaela Niemi; two great grandchildren, Isabella and Jayce Neidlinger; two step children, Brian Whiteash and girlfriend Emily Knepshield, Shelby and husband Matt Lescavage; a step grandson, Weston Whiteash; two brothers, Alton and wife Debra Neidlinger of Schuylkill Haven, Eric Neidlinger of Kentucky; nieces and nephews, and cousins.
All Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Dorothy Dolores Mattes, 92, Ringtown, passed away Friday, December 6, 2024, at her home surrounded by the loving arms of her family.
Dorothy, born February 6, 1932, in Shenandoah, was the daughter of the late Julius and Elsie (Dombrowski) Barowski. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, visiting with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She especially enjoyed playing games and watching all the sporting events of her children and grandchildren.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph Anthony Mattes; 2 brothers, Edward, and Robert Barowski; sister Joan Perrong; 2 grandchildren, Kevin Davis and Kimberly Dennison; and great grandchild Reese Annette Bowman.
Dorothy is lovingly remembered and survived by her children, Dorothy Ann Redmond, Janet Dennison and husband Robert, Bridget Bowman and husband John, Joe Mattes and wife Marci, and Ron Mattes and wife Susan; 19 grandchildren, Jeffery and Stephen Davis, Jason, Justin, Jeremy, and John Jr. Bowman, Robert Dennison, Dominique Tennant, Ashley DiCarlo, Monica Donnelly, Sheila Carlberg, Kelly Tarasovitch, Molly Mayhoff, Laura Humphries, Nicole, RJ, and Amber Mattes; and 33 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will take place on Monday, December 9th from 5 to 8pm at the Oravitz Home for Funerals Inc, 40 N. Jardin St, Shenandoah. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 10th at 10:30am in St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Ringtown and will be officiated by Fr. Dominic Pham. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Weston.
