The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville have identified the suspect in a tip jar theft in Shenandoah.
According to Troopers, on Friday, December 13th, 2024, police responded to Lucky's Corner Deli and Kielbasy Shop on West Centre Street in Shenandoah for a report of theft.
The store owners had photos and video of the incident occurring, which they shared with Troopers and also posted on social media.
Troopers were able to identify the suspect as Brandon Giulian, 23, of Philadelphia. State Police are expected to file theft charges soon.
