* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...This alert covers the following Pennsylvania Counties

• Cumberland
• Dauphin
• Elk
• Franklin
• Fulton
• Huntingdon
• Juniata
• Lancaster
• Lebanon
• Lycoming
• McKean
• Mifflin
• Montour
• Northumberland
• Perry
• Potter
• Schuylkill
• Snyder
• Sullivan
• Tioga
• Union
• York

Eastern Counties in Pennsylvania are also under a wind advisory.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Wednesday to midnight EST Wednesday Night.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
