* WHAT...Freezing rain expected for the higher terrain of north-central and northeastern Pennsylvania. Total ice accumulations around a light glaze.
* WHERE...Potter, Tioga, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming,
Sullivan, Columbia, and Schuylkill Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.
