Zion Grove Man Faces Charges for Striking Amazon Van with Wooden Stick

A Zion Grove man is facing charges after an incident involving an Amazon employee and van.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on November 19th, 2024, Troopers responded to Alpine Drive in East Union Township for a report of criminal mischief.

The victim, an Amazon employee, reported that they traveled down Alpine Drive delivering packages when a man, identified as James Zanoline, 60, of Zion Grove became agitated and confrontational.  Zanoline reportedly struck the right-side rear fender of the Amazon vehicle with a wooden stick.

Zanoline was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
