A man from Northumberland County is facing home improvement fraud charges in Schuylkill County.
According to St. Clair Police, a borough resident contacted them and reported that they had provided Paul Delbo, 52, of Shamokin, $4,300 to repair a roof.
After payment was received, Delbo cut off all contact with the victim and has not started the work that he agreed upon.
The victim has been unable to make contact with Delbo since August 16th, 2024.
Delbo faces charges of home improvement fraud, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property.
