Just after 11:00pm, firefighters were dispatched to 15 Fritz Reed Avenue in the borough for a report of a house fire.
Initial reports stated smoking coming from the home. Police and arriving fire chiefs reported a working fire in the living room of the home.
UPDATE (11:26pm) - The fire was marked under control and assistance was requested to help the family that lived in the home.
