Knife-Wielding Woman Arrested After Argument Over Pepperoni Stick

A Schuylkill County woman was arrested last week after a domestic incident resulted in charges.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on February 9th, 2025, just before noon, Troopers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance on West Early Avenue in Coaldale.

It was determined that Alicia Blocker, 40, of Coaldale and a 49-year-old male were engaged in a verbal argument over a pepperoni stick.

During the argument, Blocker intentionally swung a knife in the direction of the male.

Blocker was taken into custody on charges of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

She was locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on $15,000 (10%) bail by on-call Magisterial District Judge Edward Tarantelli.  On February 11th, 2025, she posted bail through a professional bondsman and was released.

Blocker is scheduled to appear before Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer for a preliminary hearing on February 25th, 2025.
