Michael D. Rollman, 37, of Landingville, passed away Sunday, February 9th, at home.Born in Reading on October 3, 1987, he was a son of Mary (Fick) Rollman-Conroy, wife of Brett, of Douglassville and the late Michael David Rollman.
Together 14 years, Michael was the companion of Brianna Anderson.
He was a 2006 graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School, where he had an illustrious athletic career that continued at Wilkes University.
MIchael was last employed by Essig Plumbing & Heating, Inc., Lessport, and Blue Mountain School District, Orwigsburg. As head coach of the Blue Mountain High School softball team, Michael had an impressive record of 101-22. He was named Coach of the Year in 2019 and Co-Coach of the year in 2023. Under Michael's leadership, the team secured their first ever League championship, second District title, and first ever State championship in school history. In 2024, he led the team to back to back League, District, and State championship titles.
He was president of the South Schuylkill Stampede softball travel team. Coach Mike was well-known for volunteering his time with many youth sports groups.
In addition to his mother, step-father, and Brianna, Michael is also survived by two children: Lilly Rollman, & Michael Bradley Rollman, his brothers, Eric Rollman & US Marine Staff Sergeant Ian Conroy (Hannah), maternal grandparents: Kathleen & Thomas Miller, several cousins, and aunts & uncles: Cynthia Feick, Sharon McCloughan, James Miller (Stacie), Steve Miller (Michelle), Tom Miller, & Wayne Miller.
In addition to his father, Michael is also preceded in death by his aunt, Debra Lucas, and uncles: Scott Fick, & Mike McCloughan.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 5 PM on Saturday, February 15th at Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven with Pastor Wendy Orzolek officiating.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 3 PM until the time of service. Parking at Schuylkill Haven High School is encouraged. A shuttle will transport guests to the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the benefit of Michael's children. Checks may be made payable to Tompkins Bank, and sent to 237 Route 61S, Schuylkill Haven PA 17972.

Sherry L. Herring, 69, of 4th St., Pine Grove, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2025 in Seton Manor, Orwigsburg.
Born on September 5, 1955 in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late Ben L. and Vera M. Salada Donmoyer.
She was a 1973 graduate of Pine Grove Area High School.
Sherry was a Secretary and worked in the office for the former Berger's Market in Pine Grove.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Dean A. Herring in November 2024; and a sister, Ruby Seigfried.
Surviving are a son, Casey Herring of Pine Grove; two step daughters, Linda and husband David Pikulin of Neshanic Station, NJ, Leanne and husband Kevin Kemmerling of Pine Grove; three brothers, Rodney Donmoyer of Pine Grove, Jerry Donmoyer of Hiddenite, N.C., Marc Donmoyer and companion Cherie Kaufman of Pine Grove; nieces and nephews.
There will be no services at this time.

Samuel “Sam” Ceganick, 96, of Pottsville passed away Monday while a resident of Schuylkill Center Nursing Home.
Born in Forestville, April 4, 1928, he was the son of the late Andrew and Sally Ceganick.
Sam was a veteran of the United States Navy.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Mary who passed away in 2017. He is also preceded in death by his children; Mary Ann and Michael Ceganick and by four sisters and two brothers.
Sam is survived by his son, Samuel Jr. of Forestville. He is also survived by his sister Irene Koualevich of Myerstown and grandchildren; Nina and Dana Ralston and Lauren Orlosky.

Thomas W. "Tom" Copeland, age 76, of Frackville, passed away Saturday evening at the home of his partner Dani Pinto of Sugarloaf. Tom spent his final weeks in the care and comforting presence of his children and partner.
Born at the former Locust Mountain Hospital, he was the son of the late Thomas and Margaret (Pruett) Copeland. He graduated from Mahanoy Area High School and served with the United States Navy. He had been employed by Bemis Company of Hazleton for over 40 years. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mahanoy City, American Legion Post 74, Mahanoy City, the Thaddeus Kosciuszko Polish American Citizens Club, and a former member of American Legion Post 699 in Nuremberg.
Preceding him in death was a brother, Brian Copeland.
He is survived by a daughter, Katherine Copeland of Bradenton, FL; a son, Tyler Copeland of St. Petersburg, FL; two sisters, Barbara Getz and her husband Louis of New Boston and Peggy Tiboni and her husband Bruce of Frackville, as well as nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral on Friday at 11 AM from David D. Jarrett Funeral Home of Mahanoy City. Pastor Bob Schrepple will officiate.
Interment will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday morning from 9:30 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tom's name to American Legion Post 74 would be appreciated and accepted at the visitation.
James J. Kennedy, 67, of Williamstown, passed away unexpectedly Monday, February 10, 2025 at his home.
Born in Lykens, Monday, September 2, 1957, a son of the late James and Dolores Zigner Kennedy.
Jim was a 1975 graduate of Williams Valley High School.
He was employed with Lewis Industrial Safety, Harrisburg, a job he held for the past 48 years.
Jim was a former member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Williamstown and the Knight of Columbus, Lykens. He was often seen out and about in the community, belonging to many organizations, including the Orwin Gun Club, Williamstown VFW, Williamstown American Legion, and the Orwin, Williamstown and Wiconisco Fire Companies. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing and was active with the NRA, National Turkey Federation, and Ducks Unlimited. He was a skilled dart shooter, belonging to numerous leagues and had played on slow pitch softball teams in his younger years.
Surviving are two sisters, Dolores "Patty" Crum and her husband Sam, Halifax and Karen Doyle and her husband Matt, Williamstown; two brothers, John Kennedy and Timothy Kennedy, both of Williamstown; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM from Our Lady Help of Christians Parish, Lykens with Rev. Michael Opoki, AJ as celebrant. Viewing will be from 10-11 at the church. Jim will be laid to rest beside his parents in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Williamstown. A luncheon and time of fellowship will follow in the Dayton Hall, Dayton Street, Williamstown.

Evelyn Willing, 81, of Tamaqua, died on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at her residence. She was the wife of the late John Willing, Sr., to whom she was married for 16 years at the time of his death in 2007.
Born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, Evelyn was the daughter of the late Leroy Romig and Susan (Hunt) Romig. She attended Tamaqua schools and, later in life, earned an associate degree from the Schuylkill Institute of Business and Technology. Evelyn worked as a sewing machine operator for several local garment factories and, most recently, as a cashier and a stocker at Wal-Mart in Hometown. Raising three boys on her own, she was a devoted mother and a godly woman who was a proud member of the former Tamaqua Salvation Army where she participated in the Corps Band, the Christmas Kettle drive at Jamesway, Laneco, Redners, and the choir. Later, she became a member of Faith Worship Center in Orwigsburg where she also sang in the choir.
Evelyn is survived by her two sons, Joseph Hannon and his companion Chris Stoops of Middleport, and Leroy Hannon and his wife Penny of Harwick Massachusetts; daughter-in-law, Diane Hannon of Tamaqua; eight grandchildren, Joseph Hannon, Jr. and his wife Alaina of Marysville Pennsylvania, Charlotte Smith of Worcester Massachusetts, Nathanial Smith of Holland Massachusetts, Victoria Hannon of West Hazleton, Eeva Hannon of Tamaqua, Shane Stoops of Middleport, Bethany Ulrich and her husband Drake of New Philadelphia, and Kayla Stoops of Shenandoah; a great grandson, Vincent; two brothers, William Romig and his wife Frida of Richmond, Virginia, and Leroy (“Danny”) Romig and his wife Jean of South Tamaqua; three sisters, Jean Holmberg of South Tamaqua, Rebecca Bowman and her husband John of Tamaqua, and Connie Hartranft of Beebe Arkansas.
She was predeceased by her son Bernard Hannon; her sister Helen Lehman; and two husbands, James Hannon, and Roy Smith.
A memorial Service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Zizelmann-Gulla Funeral Home, 500 East Broad Street, Tamaqua. Interment in Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua will follow. Call Saturday from 9 – 10 AM at the funeral home.
