Parking Bans/Snow Emergency

ASHLAND - From the Ashland Police Department, Ashland has declared a snow emergency that will go into effect from 9:00am, Saturday to 9:00am Sunday. 

During the snow emergency, parking will be prohibited on Hoffman Boulevard from Brock Street to Centre Street, and also on Centre Street from Front Street to 23rd Street. 

Any vehicles that are not moved will be fined $50 and towed away at the owner's expense.

EAST UNION TOWNSHIP - East Union Township is enacting a snow ban effective 12pm (noon) Saturday February 15th, 2025, until Sunday February 16th at 6pm. There will be no parking on either side of the following streets: School house Rd, Second Blvd, Phineyville Rd, Green Mountain Road, Old Mill Rd, and Trailer Rd. There will also be no parking on the Odd side (houses with Odd numbers) of West Pine Street and no parking on either side of the last block of East Pine street above Shep St. This will allow the road crew to effectively plow the roads. Cars parked on these routes will be towed at the owner's expense.

FRACKVILLE - Frackville Borough has declared a snow emergency for the impending snowstorm forecasted to begin on Saturday, February 15, 2025. Potential for significant snowfall is forecasted during this storm. This snow emergency will go into effect from 12 pm (Noon) Saturday, February 15, 2025, until 7am Sunday, February 16, 2025.

Parking will be PROHIBITED during the snow emergency along all snow emergency routes which are:

• North and South Lehigh Ave. (entire length from Borough Line to Borough Line)
• East and West Oak St. (entire length from Borough Line to Borough Line)

Any vehicle remaining parked on the snow emergency route after Noon on Saturday, February 15, 2025, through 7 am Sunday the 16th may be TICKETED or TOWED.

MAHANOY CITY - Snow Ban effective Saturday February 15th, 2025, at 12 Noon until Sunday February 16th, 2025, at 8am. There will be NO PARKING PERMITTED on Centre, Main, Liberty Hill, and South Streets. Remove all vehicles prior to Noon tomorrow or they will be ticketed and towed.
