Three people were transported to the hospital after a crash in Butler Township on Wednesday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 2:40pm, on Wednesday at the intersection of Elmer Street and Academy Lane near North Schuylkill when a Dodge Pickup truck and a SUV collided.
The impact overturned the truck which rolled once and came to rest against a tree.
The driver of the SUV and the two occupants of the truck were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Responding to the scene were fire companies from Englewood and Lavelle along with the rescue from the Washington Fire Company and ambulances from Ashland and Shenandoah. Butler Township Police was also at the scene.
