On Monday, February 17, 2024, the Valley View/Tri-Valley Lions Club hosted the winners and their families of the 2024-2025 Peace Poster Contest for dinner and presentation of their certificates.
This year’s contest theme, “Peace Without Limits,” inspired the young artists to explore their visions of peace on a global scale. The first-place winner was Caleb Minor and was accompanied by his parents Pam and Christopher. Tying as second-place winners were Braedyn Kovaschetz, accompanied by his mother Machelle and grandmother Mary Bowman, and Ruby White, accompanied by her parents Amanda and Ryan Wagner.
The Valley View/Tri-Valley Lions Club was impressed by the expression and creativity of all the poster entrants from the Tri-Valley Elementary School.
