The Schuylkill League Baseball and Softball Coaches Associations held a highly successful media day on Sunday, March 9th, at the Wellness Center located in the Pottsville Area High School.
The event, organized by Pottsville Softball Coach Charles Rinaldo, provided an opportunity for local media to engage with players and coaches ahead of the upcoming season.
"We had such a great turnout," said Coach Rinaldo. "I talked to several coaches, These kids deserve a media day, and Schuylkill League Baseball and Softball is second to none."
Media representatives from Skook News, T102 Sports Now, WPPA, Republican Herald, and Times News were in attendance, capturing interviews and insights to use throughout the season. The event allowed athletes and coaches to share their thoughts, goals, and excitement as they prepare for competition.
With the start of the season fast approaching, the coverage generated from the event will help bring well-deserved attention to the talented athletes and dedicated coaches in the league.
