Authorities are investigating an armed robbery that occurred earlier this month in Shenandoah Borough.
According to the Shenandoah Borough Police Department, the incident took place on March 7 at approximately 11:00 PM. A female victim reported that she was walking near the intersection of Jardin and Oak Streets when she noticed three males in dark clothing following her for a short distance.
One of the suspects then brandished a handgun and demanded her purse. After taking the victim’s belongings, the three suspects fled the scene on foot, heading north on South Jardin Street before turning east onto West Centre Street.
