Pottsville Man Wanted by Schuylkill County Detectives for Failing to Report to Prison

A Pottsville man is wanted by Schuylkill County Detectives for failing to report to prison as ordered.

Devon Michael Culbert, 28, is currently wanted on two active bench warrants after failing to appear at the Schuylkill County Prison on March 24, 2025, to begin serving his court-ordered sentence. The bench warrants were issued by the Schuylkill County Court of Common Pleas.

Culbert is described as standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. His last known address is 623 Laurel Boulevard, Pottsville, PA 17901.

The charges in Culbert’s first case include:

  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver – Felony
  • Criminal Use of Communication Facility – Felony 3
  • Possession of Controlled Substance – Misdemeanor
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misdemeanor

In a separate case, Culbert faces charges of:

  • DUI: Controlled Substance – Misdemeanor
  • Driving While License is Suspended or Revoked – Summary Offense
