Mrs. Joanne M. Forbes
went to join her husband, Mr. Michael R. Forbes, on April 16, 2025.

Michael and Joanne were together 51 years before Michael passed on their anniversary, September 10th, 2023. Now they have gone from life to new life.

They would both say that the time they spent as worship leaders and with Shout Humbly Music Ministry with John and Patti Fatora, along with singing with their friend Brian Reading, was their greatest accomplishment on earth. For Joanne, worship was more than music—it was a way of life, and she believed with her whole heart that what we do for God through our gifts is what matters most.
Joanne also leaves behind a legacy of deep love for her family and friends, too many to name. Through her prayers, encouragement, and compassion, she touched countless lives. Her warmth, steady faith, and genuine care for others will continue to be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.

Joanne’s Celebration of New Life will be held Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 11:00AM. Meal with family and friends to follow in Fellowship Hall.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5–6
