According to Troopers from the Frackville Barracks, the theft occurred on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025, around 5:20am on North Ferguson Street, Shenandoah, when someone entered an unlocked Toyota Rav 4 and drove away in an unknown direction.
The keys were in the ignition and the vehicle was idling at the time of the theft.
The vehicle was described as being silver bearing Pennsylvania registration LTH2509.
