On Monday, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Joshua Marsh, 29, of Pottsville, was sentenced today to 84 months’ imprisonment by United States District Court Judge Malachy E. Mannion for conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery.

Shenandoah Man Sentenced in Federal Court on Drug Trafficking and Firearm Charges


The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that a Shenandoah man was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment by U.S. District Court Judge Malachy E. Mannion, for possession of a firearm and drug trafficking.

Schuylkill County Woman Pleads Guilty To Methamphetamine Trafficking


The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Samantha Blume, age 30, formerly of Frackville, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty today before U.S. District Court Judge Malachy E. Mannion to aiding and abetting the distribution of methamphetamine.

Schuylkill County Man Sentenced For His Involvement In A Conspiracy To Distribute Fentanyl

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced this week that Sean Scott, 43, of Schuylkill County, was sentenced to 51 months’ imprisonment to be followed by four years on supervised release on May 20, 2021 by U.S. District Court Judge Malachy E.
