Rain Fails to Dampen Spirits at Shenandoah's Heritage Day and Kielbasi Festival

The rainy weather wasn't dampening the enthusiasm of the crowds that flocked to Shenandoah's Heritage Day and Kielbasi Festival on Saturday.

After taking the year off in 2020, due to COVID, Shenandoah's Heritage Day and Kielbasi Fest were combine into a one day event that drew a crowd to the borough.
