Gillingham Charter Files Federal Lawsuit Against Pottsville School District Over College Fair Exclusion

Gillingham Charter School in Pottsville filed a federal lawsuit this week against the Pottsville Area School District following an incident at the Schuylkill County Regional College Fair on October 3, 2024. 

Pennsylvania Attorney General Henry Files Lawsuit Against Ticketmaster for Illegal Monopoly Over Live Entertainment

On Thursday, Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry along with a coalition of 30 states, and the U.S. Department of Justice, joined in an antitrust lawsuit against Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ticketmaster, LLC.
