FREE Veterans Breakfast Hosted by LVH-Schuylkill at LVHN Sports Performance Center
In honor of Veterans Day, Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Schuylkill will host a FREE Veterans Breakfast on Saturday, November 9, from 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. at the LVHN Sports Performance Center, located on the campus of Schuylkill Haven Area School District (601 E. Main Street, Schuylkill Haven).

Mahanoy City Elks Presents Opportunity House with $2,000 for Homeless Veterans and Families
The Mahanoy City Elks recently donated $2,000 to the Pottsville Opportunity House sponsored by an ENF (Elks National Foundation) “Adopt-A-Haven” Spotlight Grant which is made available to identify and provide emergency shelter and items to assist in housing for veterans and their families.
