Lebanon County Crash Closes Interstate 81 Overnight

Interstate 81 southbound was closed at the Pine Grove exit for several hours after a crash in Lebanon County.

Around 12:30am, fire police were dispatched to Interstate 81 to the Pine Grove exit at Milemarker 100 to shutdown the southbound lanes.

Emergency personnel were called to northbound Route 61 on the Frackville grade just before 10pm Monday night for a motor vehicle accident.

Ashland Turkey Hill Robbed Sunday Morning at Gunpoint

According to sources, At approximately 7:30am, someone wearing all tan clothing robbed the Turkey Hill in Ashland  Sunday morning with a handgun. 

He reportedly stole an unknown amount of cash, gift cards, and cigarettes.

Someone with the same description also attempted to rob a convenience store in Ranshaw, Northumberland County about an hour later.

The suspect is still on the loose.
