East Union Township - Joseph Michaels 25 of Barnesville was arrested after a traffic stop at 3:17pm on Rt 924 North of Sheppton.

Around 4:30pm, An accident was reported on Interstate 81 Northbound at Milemarker 127/128 involving a car rear ending a tractor trailer.

Witnesses are reporting debris and fuel on the roadway.
